How to receive refund if I got scammed?
- Email us and provide your order ID. Your order ID was emailed to you after you completed your order.
- We will verify if your order wasn't successful by checking the tracking information. Every order on this market has a postal tracking number.
- Provide us with your Bitcoin or Monero address and we will send you a full refund.
- Every buyer on this market is protected with 30 day escrow policy. When you pay for your order, your funds will be securely freezed on hold for 30 days. If you don't receive ordered goods in 30 days, all your funds will be refunded with no hesitation.
- Vendors who sell goods that require shipping, use DHL or FedEx WW shipping that usualy takes 3-7 days. You will also be given a tracking number for every order you make. If less than 30 days have gone since your order and you have not received the goods please contact us immediately and provide us with your order ID.
